COSY Force periodic reboot?

Is there a parameter to force COSY 131 to periodically reboot?

We do not advise to force reboots on devices. There is no parameter that forces a reboot to occur.

Why do you need to reboot the device periodically?

From customer

Twice since Sept 23rd
when we commissioned it it’s needed to be restarted to reconnect to the internet. We have it configured as an internet router and it stops doing whatever it’s supposed to be doing to allow internet access on the LAN side and requires a power cycle.

Can the customer provide a back up with support files of the affected unit?

Also what is the internet connection method for the Cosy?

Hello, I am missing infomrawtion on this type of back up

Can you connect to the unit and get a back up with support files using eBuddy?

Also Are you using ethernet, cellular, or wifi for the connection?
