Cosy, Internet Connection OK. HTTP Direct Conection Fail

Hi, I am using a static IP address, I have confirmed date and time is OK, I have confirmed port forwarding is active for TCP and UDP using ports 443 and 1194 respectivley.

I am using DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I get internet connection success, however it fails on HTTP Direct Connection.

Using the wizard, I get WAN connection OK, then it says VPN connection timeout on the HTTP direct connection test.

Firmware is 21.2s1

This is using a BT Business Hub router.

Using the Connection Checker software while connected to the hub (not with the same static IP but dhcp) everything is successful.

Can you attach the log files generated by the Talk2M Connection Checker? They will be saved in your Documents folder.

Can you also attach a backup with support files from the Ewon? You can download one under Diagnostic → Support Files in the Ewon’s web interface.

Sorted after resetting to factory and reconfiguring (exactly the same settings mind). Odd one.
