COSY not visible in Talk2M

Hi-

I have a customer that tested COSY 131 at home office but now it’s not showing up online at customer facility. They ran connection checker and got the following results.

Are you able to determine why COSY is not online based on the info below?

The errors you are showing mean that your customer is restricting access to the Talk2M servers.

Do they have a proxy? Does the IT department say they are restricting anything?

Attached is the log. Does this confirm if there is a proxy or give you any other ideas as to how we can connect successfully?

Looking at that file (same as screenshot) I am pretty confident they either have a proxy or their IT department is blocking access to our infrastructure.

Thanks for your help. The contact at the end customer site said they outsource their IT and is not very familiar with the IT set up.

Is this still a good resource for someone familiar with the IT setup to review? If not, please recommend a more current version. Thanks!
