Preface
The purpose of this wiki post is to provide customers with the Talk2M server information. This information is frequently requested by IT departments implementing the eWON solutions. For many customers they must whitelist specific addresses or hostnames.
This Wiki will be updated frequently as servers are constantly being added to Talk2M.
HMS Support Recommendation
We recommend that all customers whitelist the Talk2M domain to ensure that in the event of maintenance or load balancing services will remain uninterrupted. As such, our number one recommendation is to whitelist the following.
*.talk2m.com
IT IS POSSIBLE FOR SERVER ADDRESSES TO CHANGE. *.talk2m.com IS THE ONLY WAY TO ENSURE ALL SERVERS ARE APPROVED
Server Addresses
This section will be broken into two parts: Client & Server.
Client addresses are to be used for eCatcher connections.
Device addresses are to be used at the eWON installation site.
