Here is the current list of IPs. We recommend whitelisting by hostname since these IP addresses can change.

We have recently changed our IP to 10.165.122.130 and can you check if any IP needs to be whitelisted at your end, as we are getting Peer not authorized error.

We do not block IP addresses to are access server. Peer not authorized can indicate some communication is not making it though the local network or PC to are access server. here is a document on are used ports and addresses. I would suggest whitelisting by hostname if possible.
