We are getting a VPN other error. Any ideas what would cause this. The device shows offline in ecatcher.

What error are you getting when you run the VPN Wizard? If you haven’t yet, please re-run the VPN Wizard, trying Advanced > Force TCP if it fails.

If that doesn’t work will you please use eBuddy to create a backup and include the support files, then send to me to check?

Looks like it is failing a internet connection for some reason. Attached is the backup file. Please let us know what you find out.

Looks like a firewall or other security device is blocking the connection. Do you know if IT is doing “deep packet” or SSL inspection?

Can you please verify if the access server urls and the all the talk2m urls are whitelisted in the link below? Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

We found the problem Kyle it was a local routing issues directing traffic through different firewall without the rules. We fixed the routing and back online
