Error opening VPN tunnel to eWON in eCatcher

I get the following error when connecting to an eWON with eCatcher.

This happens on the corporate network but eCatcher will work on other networks OK to connect to our eWONs, what exceptions do I need to have my IT department make to allow connections on the corporate network?

It would appear that your corporate network is either blocking our traffic or our server addresses.

In order to make this work in your network, your customer will need to ensure that:

  1. OpenVPN to the servers listed in item 2 is allowed.
  2. Servers are open in your network:
    Talk2M Server Addresses & Hostnames
