Hi, we have an eWON Flexy and we need to confirm the IP and DNS information to register and connect to the talk2m service for Ontario, Canada. We need to add this information to our firewall.

This should have everything you need for your request. You would need to use the US based device VPN servers. I will however recommend that you whitelist *.talk2m.com if possible to prevent any future issues.

I’m onsite with our customer using a flexy now and they’re still having issues. This is what we are seeing after an internet test. There are strict firewall rules in place here so I can’t whitelist talk2m.com

They are not.
92.52.111.210 is actually the access server for Talk2M. Your customers IT department would need to provide the appropriate DNS server information.
Okay, I believe the DNS is configured correctly now. The internet connection is successful but the talk2m connection still does not work. Could this be related to firewall settings?

Can we confirm that the US based servers in the previous link have been whitelisted and that OpenVPN is blocked in this network?
The exact issue we are seeing not is in relation to OpenVPN failing to connect.
