Culligan Flexy

We are having some issues getting the eWON online. Is it possible that there is a firewall or other security appliance blocking the VPN connection?

The device is using the OpenVPN protocol and will try both UDP and TCP. There is info here on the specific domain and IP addresses used:

I sent invites to the folks that were attached on that email. I need to have them take a look at those documents and see if they need to do something to give us access to OpenVPN. We can connect to the internet fine, but when we try to create a VPN tunnel it is disconnecting us.

Hey Andrew,

I know that’s its very frustrating, but there appears to be something blocking the Flexy from connecting to the VPN. Their IT dept will have to look at the docs I attached and let us know if they have any questions.

The alternative is to use a cellular connection if that is feasible. You could either use a Flexy cellular card or get a cellular Modem/Router device.
