The application we have is to enable the Cosy NAT 1:1 of Cosy and use it to route PLCs in the local network to the Ignition plant server for data collection. We don’t see much issues and are very satisfied with this. However, how can we persuade the machine builder that this method of data pulling will have no affects to machine functionality/performance. Please help to provide solid support and data as our machine builders are against us pulling data this way unfortunately.
Data loss might also occur when data pulling using Ewon as “mini router” as Ewon could be not stable, could lost communication and no buffer etc.
