Cosy SSL Negotiation Failed

We are currently moving this Cosy to a different Talk2M Pro Account. We have removed it from the original Talk2M Pro Account and created the new Ewon in the new Pro account, thus creating a new activation key. However, after entering the new activation key into the device. it is failing SSL negotiation. From what I can tell, it passed the Internet checks ok. The device is set in a foreign language, so we are having a tough time with the menus.

The device was connecting fine to the other Talk2M Pro account. Any ideas on what is causing this issue?

This error is usually caused by a network security device or firewall blocking access to OpenVPN. Are you using from the same network as before? Are there other Ewons on the network?

What model of Cosy and what firmware does it have?

I would recommend doing a factory reset, configuring it for English, and updating it to the latest firmware and then try again. You should be able to get a better idea of the error then.
