Cosy Talk2M connection lost after 5 min

Hi, the connection between the Cosy and the Talk2M always fail after 5 min. When the cosy is reboot the the connection is retablished.

The plant firewall have no restriction on that device.

The configuration file with print screen log are in attchement.

This unit appears to have a pretty unstable network connection. Can you advise how long the network run is leading up to this unit?

The eWon and the network connection have been installed last week in the plant.
On the switch side, I don’t have Transmit or receive errors on the port dedicated to the eWon.

When I check the log file, I always see "Inactivity timeout (–ping -exit), exiting " after 5 min.

the parameter “maintain connection” is check. Did you know if other setting can disconnect the device?

The eWON would show that if it loses internet connectivity for some duration.

Can you provide me a login to this unit?
