alredy factory reset done and once again set all things but still showing error time of doing talk2m wizard confgn [Cosy131 Error message ‘t2m-Talk2M access denied

Hi There,

Please note, If this is not a new device, you will have to login to the account where the device was first registered, and delete it from there. Once the device is deleted form the old account, you can add it to the new account.
