Cosy131 HTTPS DIALOG FAILURE

HTTPS Dialog failed error occurs in talk2m wizard.

Below are the terms of use.

we dont have proxy server,
these is direct connection from the unit to the internet
Turn off all TCP443, UDP1194 firewalls on WAN IP (192.168.114.70)
DEEP PACKET INSPECTION X

INTERNET CONNECTION (Everything is ok, even selecting the checkbox)

IP ADRESS : 192.168.114.70
SUBNET : 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY : 192.168.114.254

DNS PRIMARY : 8.8.8.8
DNS SECOND : 8.8.4.4

SETTED IP AND DNS IN MY LAPTOP

IP ADRESS : 10.0.0.50
SUBNET : 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY : 10.0.0.53

DNS PRIMARY : 8.8.8.8
DNS SECOND : 8.8.8.4

The event log page displays a t2m - dns failure error,
at t2m connection checker, Local Connection OK,
However, DNS ERROR, FAILED TO RESOLVE TALK2M HOSTNAME error occurs.

Our IT department said it has released all firewalls of 192.168.114.70 IP connected to EWON, but I don’t know why DNS ERROR occurs.

What do you mean by this? Does the network use packet inspection or not?

Make sure the time and date are correct.
