Cosy131 VPN keeps dropping out and then re-connecting

I have a new Cosy 131 and the VPN keeps dropping out and then re-connecting.
Is there something with the IT Network (ie Firewall) that I don’t have configured right?

Please make a backup of the device using eBuddy and check the box for “Include Support Files” and share this with us.

It does look like a potential firewall issue. The VPN tunnel is not being allowed to be built.

The Ewon needs to be able to connect to the talk2m.com domain on outgoing ports 443 and 1194. Also, make sure you are not using a proxy for internet access, and that the firewall is not doing any Application blocking of OpenVPN.
