Hello,

What kind of device iis your eWon unit? Is it a Cosy or Flexy?

Flexy 201

Did you have any Basic code running on this unit?

I have found some errors relating to the ones you experienced that point were caused by scripting.

Yes i have the same script on 1500+ ewon.

I didn’t see the script on the backup you provided.

I can take a quick a look to see if i can find any common issues, but for a deeper analysis. You will need to reach out to your distributor and local Support team.

The script Is not present in the backup because the ewon Lost all configuration.

Tomorrow i can send you the script, or you can search in my old post, the script Is the same.

This is a case that would be better handled by the Ewon team in Belgium. If there is a bug, for example, they are the ones that will have to fix it. In order to get them to look at it, you need to go through https://mysupport.hms.se

Ok Kyle i open a case on mysupport

Thank you! Please feel free to update this thread if you find the reason for this behavior.

Tahnk you.

Hello,

You will need to submit backup with support files for your unit. Can you explain what is occuring on your device?
