Currently cannot get into any HMIs

Anytime we try to open an HMI, we get the follow message. It takes multiple attempts to get it to work but that doesn’t work consistently. Using Edge as it is the only browser we have.

What type of HMI?

Was it working before today? If so, When was the last time it worked?

It worked at 2a but is not working now. I have been attempting for about 45 minutes.

I meant brand, model, etc. but I don’t think that’s relevant now. It appears that there are some service disruptions currently with M2Web. Can you try accessing the HMI using eCatcher? What is the serial number of the Ewon, or the Account and Ewon name?

It is all our eWONs, we have about 30 in the field. One of the serial numbers is 211613. Our account should be CMD Corp.

I don’t have eCatcher, I am just a user of the tool and trying to resolve it for my team.
