I have a developerID that allows me to use the DataMailBox but on making request i get a 404 not found error.

I would recommend creating a case at https://support.hms-networks.com and select ‘Product Brand - Ewon’ and ‘Ewon Product Group - Talk2m Account Changes’. That way the T2M admins can look into the problem directly.
