We have a defective EC51410 it has no connection internet port is not functioning.

Can someone please give a call into technical support to diagnose this issue? Without first troubleshooting this I cannot authorize an RMA.

I do not have a way to power this up but it did have our plc specialist try to get it to work. Customer put a different one in and had no plroblems.

Unfortunately I must personally troubleshoot the unit first before I can authorize an RMA. This is a required step in the process.
Please have someone reach out to tech support and we would be more than happy to troubleshoot this with you. Very rarely does a WAN port fail on an EC51410 so we need to confirm its state.
