Device not establishing a WAN Connection

Customer set up a device with two seperate networks. HOwever, when attempting to connect to the internet, the device is not able to establish a WAN connection.

After a few tests, we found that the LAN side was able to reach the WAN side causing the conflict.

The customer will reach out to the IT team to sperate network.
