We are still having an issue on our test location for this new national account. We’ve had a few different techs out there and still can’t control this system properly. To compound the issue the last tech was unable to get a hold of anyone in tech support. Below is the last information I received. We have a Daikin tech headed to this site today to look at another issue but would like to have him look at the Intesis controller but we need direction as to what to look for. Any help would be appreciated.
