Can you tell me which device you have (what is the article number) and the error message you are getting? A screenshot would be helpful.

I was trying to upload the configuration using HyperTerminal but, I am getting a BBO synchronization error.

Why are you using hyperterminal? What model of gateway do you have? You should be able to use the software for the gateway unless this is a very old device.
