what special services can be offered by HMS netbiter products when required? (customized report types, customized mail notifications, Argos User Rights by system instead of project, … etc)
Also please clarify and advise the possibility of the following with Netbiter & Argos:-
- COMAP Old Modules (IL-NT MRS16, AMF25) Start, Stop, Reset & History Record Reading Functionality Control need argument with command 10, and history record need record request # writing before fast reading another parameters? Is there a ready template or this cannot be done with netbiter?
- What is the maximum no. of Argos Enterprise accounts? Is there any fees for Argos accounts other than device subscription?
- What is the maximum no. of users in an Argos account? Is there any other fees for adding users other than the enterprise 30 Euro per device subscription?
- What is the duration of saved reports in Argos?
- User Interface Virtual Device Functionality (Logical Inputs) from Argos Dashboard? to allow the user to use Read/Write parameters on an Argos Dashboard as a virtual device or virtual Input Register connected to EC310 with all logging and Alarm and Live parameter configurations as a physical connected HMI Device.
- Can Argos Alarm trigger Physical relay Output (in EC310 or I/O module)? Or trigger a Logged data in the EC310 Log ?
- Can Argos Acknowledge Input be configured to Physical Input (in EC310 or I/O module) ? or configured to a button on Argos Dashboards?

Bush Button Functionality For DIO8 Relay Outputs and Argos Dashboard buttons (when pressed it set the parameter to value (1) and after confirming value is (1) it set back to old value (0))?
Or Mushroom function which when pressed it sets the parameter to value and when it is pressed again it sets the parameter to other value. - Specific Alarm or/and Alarm Group Report Using the type and Class of Alarm grouping?
- Specific Tag Project Report Using the name of Tags for Multi System Report?
- Runtime Counter Report to be slightly modified to a Ticket Report to include System Name [in the name header (For system report), or in a column (for specific Tag project report) and results to be filtered on the report according to status of the digital input or register and to be in a form that include:
Date, System Name, DI parameter Status (Ticket = 1 for Active), start time stamp (DI on/activated/counter start), end time stamp (DI off/de-activated/counter stop), duration (counter value)
We believe that all required data for pre-requested reports are available on Argos, if we define 3 DI (or Registers) each as follows:-
- Run-Time counter (for DI)
- DI Status (5 min Hysteresis (0.5 hysteresis value) reading of the same DI)
- Date & Time Stamp Log time of the hysteresis value (for the same DI)
Are we right or we need to review something?
