Hi,
I am wanting to connect an ABB ACS 880 VSD to an EC350 via EtherNet/IP. I want to be able to monitor data remotely (via 3G) and create a dashboard via the Netbiter Argos software. I also want remote access to the ABB ACS 880, so I can run the ABB Drive Composer software.
The ACS 880 is equipped with a FENA -11 Ethernet adaptor module.
Is this possible?

The Netbiter has has a limited Ethernet/IP implementation only able to make Get_Attribute_Single, Set_Attribute_single to access Ethernet/IP Adapters and then Read_Tag_Service and Write_Tag_Service to access data off of PLC’s. You will want to make sure you can read data off of the Drive using the Get&Set attribute to pull data off it.
In regards to use Drive Composer you should be able to connect to the drive though the remote access mode that allows you to create a VPN tunnel to the LAN of the Netbiter. This will be a connection similar to being locally connected to that network.
