EC350 offline after syncronize

Dear HMS team.
Iam having troubles with my Netbiter EC350 connection to Netbiter argos.
Yesterday I made some changes in Argos and I syncronized it. After that my EC350 remains offline.

I need to make a factory reset or there is another way to solve this? (I expect the WAN port has not burned)

Hi Douglas,

Do you have the device with you locally? Also could you tell me what kind of changes you were making in the device before you synchronized it the other day?

Yes I do! I was adding some devices profile to include on dashboards.
It was solved here!
On EC350’s Browser I disabled either LAN and modem’s interface. The WAN uplink worked successfully!
