EC350 Offline reset

Hi, is it possible to reset an offline EC350 via Argos or quickconnect. The unit is offline, I can send the SMS via Argos and it receives the message but stays offline. I don’t want to travel to site to power cycle it, is there an other way?

Hello,

If the device itself is offline, then there is not connection between the device and Argos. You will need to connect to the unit locally to troubleshoot the issue. It may be a internet connection issue. However, more information will be required.
