When ordering a 4G Cosy (EC6133H)
-does it come with a sim card?
-What carriers is it supported on? I see 4G bands B2, B4, B5, B12/B13 are supported, and from what I see this means AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile?
-The antenna is not included. Are the FAC90901_0000 and FAC90901_0100 compatible with the 4G cosy? If not, what are the correct PNs

Hi Nick,
Our SIM cards are through Enabling Elements and you’ll need to contact them to set this up. Alternatively you could also contact AT&T, and T-Mobile to get a card.
Either of those antennas should work. Additionally, antennas that cover the bands and frequencies of these networks would work as well.
Note, Verizon is not supported on Cosy devices, it is only supported on Flexy Devices
