ECAT Loss of Communication during short Power Cycle

Hi,

I am currently using Anybus Module NP40-10(for EtherCAT communication) connected to DSC. I am using TwinCAT Application to communicate via EtherCAT. When there is a short supply interruption (less than 1 sec), TwinCAT cannot detect the device but when I read the data in the DSC using ethernet or CANbus, I am able to establish a communication.

When I prolong the delay on Turning OFF and ON the supply (greater than 3 sec), I am able to establish communication via EtherCAT.

Is this a Hardware or a Firmware issue on Anybus Module?
