eCatcher activation email not sent

We have purchased an eWON Cosy 131 and are attempting to setup the unit. When I created an account for eCatcher the activation email didn’t come through. I have verified that the email isn’t sorted into the junk folder. It has been a couple hours since I created the account and can’t really move forward without having this component activated.

I activated your account on our end, and did confirm the email address for the account is correct (matches the one you are using now).

I think the email is being filtered as spam and not reaching you.

I’m not sure about the activation email but I am able to connect now. Thank you very much for the assistance.
