Ecatcher closes under iOS

Hi !
I am using eCatcher for several years on my iphone now.
But since some days the application closes itself after several seconds. Same situation even on all the other Iphones in my company. Works well on Android phones, tablets and PC’s
I’m using V2.0.3 on an iPhone 11 under iOS 16.1.1

any ideas ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with eCatcher mobile. Are you using cellular data or wifi on your iPhone?
