Ecatcher disabling firewall and blocking ports

E-catcher seems to be disabling the windows firewall and implementing its own firewall. This is blocking traffic on other NIC’s where I have certain ports open for other services.

How do I prevent Ecatcher from highjacking all my firewall and other NIC interfaces?

Hello @laneduncan

Can you provide more details on what is being blocked or what issues you are seeing? eCatcher isn’t going to be effecting the firewall. It is how ever adding a route to your routing table for the LAN of the ewon. allowing you to access that subnet though the ewons VPN IP. There also is no inbound connections from ecatcher. It is connecting out to the VPN creating a bi-directional link when connected.

This appears to be an issue with the installation process. It was during the installation process where the firewall was disabled.

Removing Ecatcher, re-enabling the firewall, then re-installing Ecatcher fixed the issue.
