eCatcher is missing columns

I launched e-catcher this morning and this screen appeared – how can I correct this.

Are you referring to the missing columns in eCatcher?

You can add columns by right clicking on the dark blue status bar and clicking choose columns.

Hello Ferris, This can happen when the fields are ‘hidden’. It is very easy to resolve this however. Right click the dark blue status bar. [image] Select Choose Columns from the dialog box that appears. [image] Now may select all useful columns. [image] After doing this you should have all fields back. Please let me know if this helps.
