When I logged into eCatcher today, my account only shows the online/offline status of my units. I can’t tell which
one is which. It used to say the names, did I change something on accident?

This can happen when the fields are ‘hidden’. It is very easy to resolve this however.

Right click the dark blue status bar.

Select Choose Columns from the dialog box that appears.

Now may select all useful columns.
After doing this you should have all fields back. Please let me know if this helps.
