Ecatcher missing columns

What happened to the columns in ecatcher showing user defined fields and description?
All I see is a list with Online devices.

You should be able to right click on the column header and choose the columns you want displayed.

Hello Ferris, This can happen when the fields are ‘hidden’. It is very easy to resolve this however. Right click the dark blue status bar. [image] Select Choose Columns from the dialog box that appears. [image] Now may select all useful columns. [image] After doing this you should have all fields back. Please let me know if this helps.
