Ecatcher mobile and KPI

Hi,
Since a week, i lost my KPI on my mobile application (eCatcher iOSv2.0.1). All iphone, ipad can’t see any KPI value. If, i use M2Web, all KPI are display, on iphone, ipad and PC. Where can be the problem ?
Before, all mobile application works fine with KPI.
