I downloaded the ecatcher program and made an account but will not let me login. There also is no desktop shortcut for it and not sure if you have a login page for it online. I am using a ewon 131 just need help with the ecatcher section of it. Thanks.

There should be a desktop icon if you elected to create a shortcut in the setup wizard. Additionally you can just search for eCatcher in your programs and you can launch or create a shortcut from there.
What error are you getting when you login? Have you activated your account?
Thank you for the help, I do have the shortcut now however will still say incorrect login when trying to log in. I accepted the account already in an email and even tried resetting my password.
