Email Delivery has failed

I have 3 Ewon Flexy’s all doing the same function with the same code on 3 different sites
Once a week they are to email a data log to a customer. Two of them sent the emails no problem but the 3rd I get a bounce back email saying:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups
Remote Server returned ‘554 5.3.0 < #5.3.0 x-unix; service unavailable>’

Are they all sending email to the same email addresses?

Can you share an eBuddy backup (with support files) of the problem Ewon and one of the working Ewons?
