Error 33234 Talk2M

I can’t get my eWON to connect to the VPN and keep getting “Failed: Access denied” as a diagnosis. The previous account eWON ecatcher has been deleted and the problem persists. What else can I do?

If you are still getting access denied then it has not been removed from the account. When registering Talk2m checks if the serial number is registered to an account and if so gives an access denied message.
If you create a ticket in are support portal and include the device serial number and what the previous account might be we can try helping with finding the device.
