Error not showing tag data on Talk2m Visualization

Dear Team Support,

Currently, I’m having trouble displaying tag parameters on Talk2m Visualization from time to time. I have it configured as shown in the picture. Everything is working properly on Ewon and ViewOn. But it doesn’t show up on Visualization

Note: Error displayed in tag name: kwh1; kwh2; kw3;
