Everything is setup but unit will not turn on from App

I have a new Fujitsu split system. I have gone through the setup numerous times. It appears on the iPhone to be setup fine. Strong wifi. And it tells me I’m connected and the setup seems to have gone great. Able to find your WiFi address in setup, etc. however, I cannot turn the unit on or off and cannot make any adjustments from the app. Reset numerous times, deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing helps. I’m hoping someone can help. Thank you

Are there any errors in the app? Do you have the model numbers of the Indoor Unit and the Remote?

If this is an Universal IR (wireless remote) model, you may have to run the AutoLearn function:
