eWon connected to Internet, but eCatcher do not see him

I would likt to ask you for help with my problem.
If I connect to eWon Flexy 201 by LAN I can see active internet connecting.
But in eCatcher is still ofline, can you give my eny troubleshooting please?

One thing we’d recommend upgrading to the 13.3 firmware outlined in the post below:
