I accessed the ewon web interface to change the password and used the quick wizard launch. In doing this it reset all the other configurations and now it cannot make the WAN connection. I am using ATT sim. I do not have or know the sim pin, I don’t remember if I had one to begin with but is there a way to recover it? I don’t think I had a username or password either.

AT&T does not use a SIM pin, username, or password. Leave these fields blank. You probably have the incorrect APN. If the SIM card is from HMS, the APN will be zipitwireless.com.attz. AT&T’s default APN is usually Broadband, but could be something else. If you can’t figure it out, you will have to contact AT&T or the reseller where cellular plan was purchased.
