Ewon Cosy 131 Adm password not working

Hi,

I am using Ewon Cosy131, I am not able to login with Adm login and password.

Could you please help me without reset any other option to get login ID and password.7-12-21.device-logs.csv (306 Bytes)

You will need to do a Level 1 Reset (see page 25 of the User Manual). The reset button is in the small hole by the LEDs.
