Device shows “offline” but when I check the log, it shows that locally they have set a new IP address via DHCP.

For anyone else seeing this: when the Ewon connects, it will share its current LAN IP with the server, which will be recorded in the logs if it changed from the last connection. This indicates that the Ewon was able to connect at that time, but it doesn’t necessarily mean it will stay connected.
