Hello, I had setup the cosy, but the LAN IP of my network got changed and all my configuration got reset and Wizards are not setup its showing, also I have not downloaded the backup, is it possible to get the previous configuration by downloading the backup.

You can download the current configuration from the Cosy. Old settings are not saved on the device. If you have a backup of the Cosy saved somewhere you can restore it tot eh device using eBuddy.
I do not have the Backup saved somewhere else so I have to start from scratch ? Also I have been using Flexy 205 and new to ewon Cosy, how to configure I/O server on the ewon via MODBUS and ABLOGIX, it will be great if I get any documentation regarding it to setup the Ewon Cosy.

Yes, you will have to start from scratch.
The Cosy does not use IO servers. It is only used for remote access and cannot do data acquisition and logging like a Flexy does. If you just trying to access a PLC remote with the Cosy here are a few of teh common field equipment that we have documents for settign up a remote connection.

So we cannot pull out TAGS from the PLC, we are just able to access the PLC through Ecatcher?
If you have only a Cosy that is correct. Pulling out tags from a PLC is something you would need a Flexy for.
