I have an EWON COSY installed at the customer’s site in Michigan; it was function very well before, but it became extremely unstable since this Tuesday. It frequently switches between Offline/Online every minute, and we cannot transfer anything in such a short period.
Could you advise about this problem, I have enlosed all support backup files

I took a look at the back up that you supplied, and reviewed the error logs.
The most common errors that you have regards to the WIFI network that you are using for internet. I see several “Cannot reach WIFI SSID” and “Connection Rejected by WIFI SSID”.
I would check the SSID strength, and integrity of the network it’s connected too. i also see many “No Address Recieved by DHCP” errors as well.
