31007 cfgcrypt-Too much configuration data to decrypt for destination buffer

this error keeps poping up in event log and eWon keep dropping offline every 2-3 minutes

Had this in event log, causing ewon dropping offline every now and then.[color=red]MOVED TO STAFF NOTE[/color] (1.4 MB) backup file with Support file uploaded. Any ideas, please?

Hi @jiayuan0727,

It looks like you may have made a backup on a device running firmware 13.3 and then restored it to a device on 13.2, which is using a different encryption algorithm. If you still have the backup, update the device to 13.3 using eBuddy and then Restore the backup.
