dears,
i have an issue that I have ewon flexy 202 with flb3202 card, the ewon was in the site and connected to a PLC and we need to communicate the PLC to the main SCADA via GPRS using STATIC IP sim card with APN name but sometimes I succeed to ping the IP of the sim and sometimes I cannot, also when I ping the IP of the sim I cannot ping the IP of the PLC
on the SCADA room we using master SIM card with static IP

Hi @Adel,

You should open a case at support.hms-networks.com for this issue as your local support team would be in a better position to answer cases regarding cellular services.

I can say that the Flexy is a router, and is not operating in bridge mode, so you would have to set up a proxy (port forwarding) to reach the PLC from the public internet. It would be much more secure to access the PLC through the VPN.
