Ewon Flexy 203 w/FLB3271 Wireless Card going Online Offline repeatedly

Support,

I have an eWON Flexy 203 with the Wireless Card and is constantly going online and offline sporadically.

Installation is on an isolated power supply and away from High Voltage or noise.

Configuration:

  1. WiFi is set for WAN no fall back.
  2. IP, MASK, GW are static
  3. DNS = 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
  4. Previously set to use TCP 443 or UDP 1194, but now it’s Force TCP
  5. Firmware was upgraded to 14.5s1

Hi Kan,

Can you provide us with a backup with support files captured using eBuddy? This will give us access to the device’s logs and configuration so we can see what’s actually happening when it disconnects.
