Ewon Flexy 205 (Evitt)

Hi,

I am able to connect to an Ewon Flexy 205 through ecatcher but I cannot enter the web page GUI of the flexy.

Do you have any suggestions as to what may be causing this to happen. I was able to get into the GUI last week.

The serial number of the flexy is 1817-0051-24.

Are you able to get into the device’s webpage through M2Web.talk2m.com or are you getting any errors when you’re connecting over eCatcher?

Hi Tim,

I don’t see any errors over ecatcher. I am able to connect over M2Web. I get into the default viewon setting but I can’t seem to get back into the ewon GUI
with this:

What’s the URL for the webpage you get to in M2Web for the ViewON page?

Hi Tim,

During the day, no connection is possible, but in the evening I can connect to everything through ecatcher.

Does this imply a bandwidth issue during the day?

Does the device show offline during the day and online during the evening? Can you get me a backup.tar file of the device? I’m wondering if maybe there’s some kind of issue where there’s noise on the line killing the connection during the day

I’ll try and get a back up file later today.

I can always connect to the ewon but can’t get into the config pages or ping the devices on the network durning the day

It looks like your email provider is blocking the file so here is the link to my Cloud storage with the back up file.

It looks like it’s having a lot of trouble reaching our access servers some reason. Can you have them take a look at this doc and see if it helps the connection?
